Statement of Intent: I desire to walk alongside you, open doors for you, and hold your hand in prayer, dialogue, and education, creating a connected community.

Congregational Work:

  • Temple Sholom (Eau Claire, WI), Apr. 2021-Present

    • Solo rabbi of a Conservative congregation of 40 families.

    • Responsible for ritual services, adult education classes, conversions, and lifecycle events.

  • Temple Beth El (Dubuque, IA), Aug. 2020-Aug. 2021

    • Solo rabbi of a Reform congregation of 25 families.

    • Conducted Shabbat services, Havdalah, and Torah Study online. Wrote conversion curriculum for student who immersed in the mikvah in May 2021.

    • Implemented pre-recorded High Holyday worship during the pandemic.

  • Temple Israel (Marion, OH), Summer 2020 and Sept. 2017-May 2018

    • As a student rabbi, led bi-weekly Kabbalat Shabbat and Shabbat morning services, taught adult education sessions on Early Reform Rabbis in the US and beginner modern Hebrew.

      During Summer 2020, led services virtually and oversaw a conversion.

Hospital Chaplaincy & Clinical Pastoral Education:

  • The Marshfield Clinic Health System (Marshfield, WI), Aug. 2021-present

    • Staff Chaplain: work trauma on-call as part of a team, provide end-of-life support, and prayers for patients and families of all faiths.

    • Member of Health, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion team creating an environment based on equality and awareness in the hospital.

    • Oncology and Infusion chaplain providing support for cancer, chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation patients.
